While in Kanab Utah, there are many parks within driving distance in the area, so we managed a day trip to a Bryce Canyon National Park.
The most popular views in Bryce are found along what is called the Bryce Amphitheater.
Interestingly I learned that Bryce Canyon is not really a canyon since it was not formed from erosion by a river or stream. Instead it was formed from rain, snow, etc eroding into what is called amphitheater’s with hoodoos, fins and spires throughout. The largest is Bryce Amphitheater, which is 12 miles long, 3 miles wide and 800 feet deep.
We hiked down into the Bryce Amphitheater, for a spectacular up close view of the hoodoos, fins and spires! Sunset, Navajo, Queens loop, Wall Street, Sunrise trails... called the best of the best,
A great hike, except for the climb back up - I was done/exhausted after that.

At the end of the day my Fitbit recorded ~8 miles, +13K steps, 65 floors - No wonder I was exhausted!
